First Shift Openings for October/November 2009:
CNC Swiss Screw Machine Set-Up Person
--Set-up and operate multi-axis screw machines (e.g. Citizen)
--5 years of set-up experience minimum required
--Experience with medical components is a plus (e.g. surgical instruments, orthopaedic implants, dental implants)
--Must be familiar with Mitsubishi and/or Fanuc Controls
--Must be able to set tools, change tools, edit programs
--Will work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other work instructions
--Must be able to use standard gauges and inspection techniques
--Experience with SPC, inspection documentation, and problem solving is a plus
