First Shift Openings for June/July 2008:

CNC Swiss Screw Machine Set-Up Operator
This position involves set up and operation of CNC Swiss screw machines (e.g. Citizen CNC Swiss Screw Machines) to produce precision parts. Must be able to set-up, change tools, and edit programs (Mitsubishi and Fanuc Controls). Must be able to use standard gauges and check your own work. Familiarity with aerospace components, inspection techniques (e.g. SPC, inspection documentation, etc.), and problem solving, is a plus. Training is available to qualified candidates with opportunities for advancement.

Thread Roller (Centerless Grinding experience welcome)

This position requires 1-5 years of experience working with thread rolling machinery (flat and/or cylindrical dies). Working from blueprints, operation sheets, travelers or other part specifications must be able to set-up and perform all forming operations to produce a quality part. Must be able make all required adjustments to machinery; obtain dies, tooling gages, and all other equipment needed to complete a set-up. Experience with centerless grinding (in-feed and thru-feed) is a plus.  Familiarity with aerospace components, inspection techniques and problem solving is a plus.
 
Second Shift Openings for June/July 2008:

CNC Mill Set-Up Operator
This position involves set up and operation of 3-axis/4-axis CNC vertical machining centers  (e.g. RoboDrill, Matsuura) to produce precision parts. Must be able to set-up, change tools, and edit programs (Fanuc and Yasnac Controls). Must be able to use standard gauges and check your own work. Familiarity with aerospace components, inspection techniques (e.g. SPC, inspection documentation, etc.), and problem solving, is a plus. Training is available to qualified candidates with opportunities for advancement.

CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator
This position involves set up and operation of CNC lathes  (e.g. Eurotech Multi-Axis Turning Centers, Wasino Lathes, Hardinge Lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts. Must be able to set-up, change tools, and edit programs (Fanuc Controls). Must be able to use standard gauges and check your own work. Familiarity with aerospace components, inspection techniques (e.g. SPC, inspection documentation, etc.), and problem solving, is a plus. Training is available to qualified candidates with opportunities for advancement.
