We have a calibrated oven for curing assemblies bonded with adhesives. We bond parts that are metal to metal, rubber to metal, plastic to metal, and a variety of other materials.
We produce an extensive number of parts that require helical thread insert installation. Aluminum parts with internal threads are strengthened with the installation of steel thread inserts.
We also perform airflow testing on parts that are used in critical air management systems. This testing is performed with calibrated gauges.
